OSF Home Care, in conjunction with patients and their families, provides services that promote the optimal level of independence while maintaining quality of life. All services are provided in accordance with the Philosophy and Values of The Sisters of the Third Order of Saint Francis and OSF Home Care. Home care services are provided to patients with a physicians order (not all services, i.e.. homemaker, require orders).

What is Home Care?
Home care includes many different aspects of health care in the home including: Medicare-certified home health agencies; hospice care; private home care; home infusion pharmacies; health watch services; home medical equipment and respiratory services.

That’s why we’ve developed a program that allows you to continue enjoying all the comforts of home while receiving professional health care.

Affordable Care
Home care generally costs much less then hospital or nursing home care. Depending on your needs and medical diagnosis, home care services are often covered by commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid. Due to complex coverage issues, it is best to contact your provider to determine coverage for a specific type of home care service.

24-Hour Service
Professional staff is on call 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week.
