Proposed OSF Hospice Home

Your generous donation to OSF Home Care Services can support our proposed Hospice Home. The proposed OSF Hospice Home will help terminally-ill patients receive 24-hour comfort care in a home-like setting, allowing quality time for family and friends.

OSF Home Care Services' proposed Hospice Home will be located near the OSF Center for Health on Route 91 in Peoria. It will be the first Hospice Home in Central Illinois and only the fourth such facility in the State of Illinois.  This facility is not yet built. The groundbreaking date is yet to be determined.
