Telemonitoring

OSF Home Care Services’ Telemonitoring System collects patients’ vital signs daily and transmits the information to a central station for immediate review. The system collects heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, body weight and temperature. This allows OSF Home Care Services to spot and detect problems early to avoid trips to the hospital or emergency room. OSF Home Care Services offers comprehensive care to patients suffering from chronic, non-healing wounds.
