have certified wound, ostomy and continence nurses on staff. Our nurses
can provide specialized care in the treatment of wounds, ostomy,
continence, conservative sharp wound debridement and care of the
diabetic foot.

Who should be referred to WOCN services?
Wound care patients receiving second line wound therapies: Wound
Vac, Warm-up, Regranex.
Wound care patients who have failed to progress after two weeks of
therapy.
Wound care patients requiring debridement.
Ostomy patients who require more than 2 pouch changes weekly.
Ostomy patients with peristomal skin complications.
Patients with continent diversions requiring teaching.
