Our Application Process
- Once you submit your online application, it will be reviewed by Human Resources and the hiring manager.
- Once your application has been reviewed based on requirements of the position, you may be contacted for an interview. More than one interview may be required, depending on the nature of the position.
- Following the interview, the top candidate will be asked to provide four professional references (see details below). A pre-employment physical is also required before an applicant may begin work with OSF Home Care Services.

- OSF Home Care Services utilizes an online program called SkillSurvey for reference checking. Your references will be asked to answer some brief questions about you that will be electronically aggregated together with all responses into one summary report.
- You will need to provide email addresses for each of your references; Human Resources will send a link to this program both to you and to your references.
- At least two of the four references must be current or previous managers.
- Applicants who reach this step in the hiring process are asked to contact their references in advance and encourage them to respond as quickly as possible.
