Belinda Muck - Vice President/Chief Financial Officer
"OSF HealthCare is a great place to work because it was created for all the right reasons. The Sisters wanted to make sure people in need of health care were taken care of. We want to make sure that we can do that today, tomorrow and 100 years from now. I am proud to work for an organization with such a great Mission and I love knowing that I am helping to ensure that we continue that Mission for many years to come. I also love working with such a dedicated group of people that also believe in our Mission."
Belinda Muck was born and raised in Ohio, but spent much of her childhood moving all over the Midwest including Indiana, Wisconsin, and Illinois, to name a few. Prior to moving to Peoria, which she says "isn't too big, but isn't too small", she lived in Rockton, Illinois. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
Belinda has one daughter, Rebecca, who is currently in college, a Siberian Husky named Elika and a cat named Mia. During her time off, she enjoys gardening, cooking, playing golf, and anything outdoors.
Donna Medina - Vice President, Hospice & Foundation
Donna Medina grew up in the small town of Avon, Illinois and has been a central Illinois native her entire life. She holds a Master's degree in health education and is certified as a hospice administrator. She has been married to her husband, Ray, for over 40 years and they have a son, George, and a daughter, Stephanie, plus six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
"With OSF Hospice, I have the opportunity every single day to see what a difference we make in our patients' lives. Our work toward building the new OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home is so important and exciting to help us in our work for the Sisters' Mission. We are so blessed to work with so many great people within OSF HealthCare that each day is a joy."
In her spare time, Donna loves to sew, crochet, knit, cook, play and teach piano. Among her many activities, she still finds time to volunteer including playing the organ at church, speaking for the American Cancer Society, and being on a team for Race for the Cure. She also makes an effort to walk four miles a day.
Cindy Bauling - Vice President, Home Health

Cindy Bauling grew up in the small Illinois town of Polo, where she still resides. She has served as Vice President of Home Health for OSF Home Care since 2004. Prior to her promotion, Cindy held various home health leadership positions including Director with Saint Anthony Center for Home Care in Rockford.
She earned her bachelor's of science degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing her master's degree in nursing through Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing. She is married to her loving husband, Craig, who is in software sales and they have two sons, Wes and Seth, who are both attending college.
When Cindy isn't busy with work, family, or school, she enjoys watching ACC basketball and is especially fond of UNC and Duke. She also enjoys flower gardening and traveling with her family. She is an active member of Saint Mark's Lutheran Church as well as Sigma Theta Tau honor fraternity for nurses.
When asked about why she loves working for OSF Home Care, Cindy says, "OSF HealthCare provides many opportunities for an individual to grow in many diverse areas of health care. I love working for OSF Home Care because we work with patients and families in their home where we can make a tremendous difference."
Neidi Mack -
Vice President, Home Medical Equipment & Home Infusion Pharmacy
Stepping into the shoes of former Vice President, AJ Querciagrossa, Neidi Mack is the newest member of the OSF Home Care administration team. "I am looking forward to working in an integrated health care system that is so well respected by the community. OSF Home Care has a tremendous opportunity to grow its products and services within that community," says Neidi.
Neidi grew up all over the world and moved to the United States from Puerto Rico when she was nine years old. Most people are surprised to learn that her first language is actually Spanish! Her father was a military general and she grew up with strict values of duty, honor and country. "In many ways, my family life prepared me to work for a Mission-oriented health care system."
She received two bachelor's degrees in political science and public administration from West Virginia University and has been married to her husband, Ron, for over 15 years. They have two children, Christopher and Gabriella.
When she isn't busy living the Mission here at OSF Home Care, Neidi loves to travel with her family. She also enjoys cooking, reading, painting and crafts. She also spends much of her time volunteering including coaching soccer, being a Girl Scout leader, participating in the PTA, and chairing private fundraisers for the disabled.
